Along the way, we kept running into the same problem: being too warm with no simple way to fix it. Turning on the AC for a two-hour work session felt like overkill. Opening a window didn't always help. A USB fan plugged into a laptop or a power bank? That actually worked.

That's where TILWBQ started — a straightforward need and a product that addressed it without any fuss. We're not a lifestyle brand. We sell fans that work.

What We Do

TILWBQ is an online retailer. We don't manufacture fans ourselves — we work with suppliers to source products, evaluate them, and list the ones that hold up in real use.

Before any fan appears on our site, we look at four things:

We also confirm that products meet U.S. safety standards before listing them. Supplier documentation is a baseline requirement, not a bonus feature.

We keep our catalog intentionally small. That's a deliberate choice. A smaller catalog means we can track how each product performs over time, follow up on customer feedback, and stop carrying something if it starts having problems. We're not trying to be the largest fan retailer online — just a reliable one.

If a product stops meeting our standards, we remove it. If a customer reports a consistent issue, we look into it. That's the extent of our quality process — it's not sophisticated, but it works for our size.
