This page explains how payment works at TILWBQ — what we accept, what happens after you pay, and what to do if something doesn't go through.
How We Accept Payment
We currently accept PayPal as our sole payment method. All purchases on tilwbq.com are processed through PayPal.
Through PayPal, you can pay using:
- Your PayPal balance
- A linked bank account
- An eligible credit or debit card connected to your PayPal account
You do not need a PayPal account to pay by card. PayPal's guest checkout option lets you enter your card details directly without creating an account.
We do not accept:
- Direct card payments outside of PayPal
- Cash or checks
- Wire transfers
- Cryptocurrency
Currency
All prices on our website are listed and charged in U.S. Dollars (USD).
If your PayPal account is linked to a different currency, PayPal will apply a conversion based on the exchange rate at the time of your transaction. Any currency conversion fees are determined by PayPal, not by us.
Taxes
We do not add sales tax at checkout. The price shown on each product page is what you pay.
Depending on your location, you may be responsible for reporting or paying local, state, or federal taxes on your purchase. We are not able to provide individual tax advice.
Before You Complete Your Order
Before confirming your purchase, please take a moment to check:
- The product model and specifications match what you need
- Your shipping address is accurate and complete
- The quantities and totals are correct
Once an order is submitted, changes may not be possible after processing begins. If you need to cancel, email us at support@tilwbq.com within 12 hours of placing your order.
After Payment — What to Expect
Once your payment is confirmed through PayPal, you will receive an order confirmation email containing:
- Your order number
- A summary of the items purchased
- The total amount charged
This email is sent to the address linked to your PayPal account. If you do not see it within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. If it is still missing, contact us at support@tilwbq.com with your name and the approximate time of your order.
If Your Payment Does Not Go Through
Common reasons a PayPal payment may fail:
- Insufficient balance or funds in your linked account
- An inactive or expired card linked to PayPal
- A temporary security hold placed by PayPal
Steps to try:
- Log into your PayPal account and check for any alerts or notifications
- Confirm your linked bank account or card is active and has available funds
- Try selecting a different funding source within PayPal

Payment Security
All transactions are processed entirely through PayPal. We do not see, store, or have access to your card number, bank details, or PayPal login credentials at any point.
