About Our Fans

What kinds of fans does TILWBQ sell?

We carry a focused selection of USB-powered fans for everyday use: desk fans for home and office, clip-on fans for car rear seats, rechargeable fans for golf carts and outdoor use, and compact fans for travel. All models run off a standard USB connection or built-in battery and are designed to set up without any tools or instructions.

How quiet are your desk fans?

Most fans in our catalog are designed to run quietly enough for video calls and focused work at lower speed settings. Noise increases at higher speeds, which is typical of all fan types. Each product page lists the specific noise level and speed details for that model so you can compare before buying.

How long do rechargeable fans run on a single charge?

It depends on the model and speed setting. Rechargeable fans in our catalog typically run between 4 and 23 hours on a full charge at the lowest speed. Higher speeds use more power and shorten battery life. Each product page lists the estimated runtime for all speed levels so you know what to expect before you order.

Can I use a USB fan without a laptop or computer?

Yes. All of our USB fans work with any standard USB power source, including USB wall adapters, power banks, and car USB ports. A laptop or computer is not required.

Do your fans work in a car?

Yes. Several fans in our lineup are designed specifically for use in vehicles. They clip onto headrests or seat backs and plug into a car's USB port. They are particularly useful for rear-seat passengers on long drives or in warm weather when the AC doesn't reach the back. See our car fans for options.

Are your fans suitable for use on a golf cart?

Yes. We carry rechargeable fans with magnetic or tripod mounts designed for outdoor and golf cart use. They run on a built-in battery, so no power outlet or USB port is needed. They are compact, easy to position, and built to be used outside. See our rechargeable fans for options.

Do I need to read a manual to set up the fan?

No. All fans in our catalog are plug-and-play. Connect to a USB source and they are ready to use. Speed and rotation adjustments are handled directly on the fan itself.


Ordering and Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal. You can pay using your PayPal balance, a linked bank account, or an eligible credit or debit card processed through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account. PayPal's guest checkout lets you enter card details directly without creating an account. All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Is the price I see at checkout the final price?

Yes. The price shown at checkout is the final price. We do not add hidden fees and we do not require a subscription to complete a purchase.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund. After that window, orders are typically already in processing and can no longer be modified or canceled. If your order has already shipped, please follow our return process once it arrives. To request a cancellation, email support@tilwbq.com as soon as possible.


Shipping

Where do you ship?

We ship to addresses within the contiguous United States (48 states). We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands, APO or FPO addresses, or internationally. If you are unsure whether we ship to your address, contact us before ordering and we will confirm.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is $8.00 for orders under $50. Orders of $50 or more qualify for free shipping, applied automatically at checkout. No coupon code is needed.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders typically arrive within 6 to 10 business days from the date of purchase:

  • Order processing: 1 to 3 business days
  • Standard shipping in transit: 5 to 7 business days

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Mountain Time on a business day begin processing the same day. Orders placed after that time, or on weekends and holidays, begin processing the next business day. These are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier volume.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. If you do not see it within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder. If it is still missing, email us at support@tilwbq.com with your order number and we will look into it.


Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Original packaging is preferred. To start a return, email us at support@tilwbq.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Do not send items back without receiving return instructions from us first.

Who pays for return shipping?

  • Defective, damaged, or wrong item: We cover the full return shipping cost and reimburse the original shipping fee.
  • Personal reasons (changed mind, no longer needed): Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and the original shipping fee is not refunded.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for return packages lost without proof of delivery.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days to your original PayPal account. Depending on PayPal's processing time, it may take a few additional days to appear in your account. We will email you when the refund has been issued.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order. This is generally the fastest way to get what you need.

My package arrived damaged. What should I do?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@tilwbq.com with your order number and photos or video showing the damage. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including all shipping costs. You will not be asked to pay to return a damaged item.
