Shipping Policy
This page explains where we ship, what it costs, how long delivery takes, and what to do if something goes wrong. If you have a question that is not answered here, email us at support@tilwbq.com before placing your order.
Where we ship
We ship to addresses within the contiguous United States only. That is the 48 mainland states.
We do not currently ship to the following:
- Alaska and Hawaii
- U.S. territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands
- APO and FPO military addresses
- International destinations outside the United States
We are a small operation and our current carrier agreements cover the contiguous 48 states only. Shipping to remote territories and overseas destinations involves customs documentation, different carrier requirements, and delivery timelines we cannot reliably commit to at this time. If you are unsure whether we can ship to your address, email us before ordering and we will confirm.
Shipping rates
- Orders under $50: $8.00 flat rate, standard shipping
- Orders $50 and above: Free shipping, standard delivery
Free shipping is calculated on your order subtotal before taxes and applied automatically at checkout. No coupon code is needed.
We ship via USPS or UPS depending on your location and package size. You will receive the carrier and tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.
We do not currently offer expedited or express shipping options. All orders ship via standard delivery only. If your order is time-sensitive, please factor in the delivery timeframe below before placing your order.
Delivery timeframe
Your total delivery time has two parts: processing and transit. Both are measured in business days, which are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Processing time: 1 to 3 business days. After your order is placed, we verify payment and prepare your item for shipment. This typically takes 1 to 3 business days from our fulfillment location in Montana.
Transit time: 5 to 7 business days. Once your order leaves our facility, standard delivery takes 5 to 7 business days depending on your location within the contiguous U.S. Addresses in the western states are generally closer to our fulfillment location and may arrive faster. East Coast addresses are typically at the longer end of that range.
Total estimated delivery: 6 to 10 business days from the date of your order.
These are estimates based on typical carrier performance. Actual delivery may vary depending on your location, carrier volume, and circumstances outside our control.
Order cutoff time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Mountain Time on a business day are processed the same business day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on weekends and holidays, begin processing the next business day.
Example: An order placed on Friday at 3:30 PM will begin processing on Monday.
During high-volume periods such as major holidays, processing may take one additional business day. If this affects your order, we will notify you by email.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Use that link to follow your package through delivery.
If you do not receive a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder first. If it is not there, email us at support@tilwbq.com with your order number and we will look into it.
If something goes wrong
Most orders arrive without issues. When they do not, here is what to do.
Contact us within 7 calendar days of your expected delivery date if your order:
- Arrived damaged or appeared tampered with
- Is delayed significantly beyond the estimated timeframe
- Shows as delivered but was not received
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please have the following ready when you contact us:
- Your order number
- A description of the problem
- Photos or video if the item or packaging is damaged
If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it:
- Check with neighbors or your building's mailroom first
- Wait one additional business day, as carriers sometimes mark packages delivered early
- If still missing after that, contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate
We will do our best to resolve shipping issues. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
Customs and duties
We ship exclusively within the United States. There are no customs fees or import duties on domestic U.S. shipments. You will not be asked to pay any additional fees beyond the shipping charge shown at checkout.
Delays outside our control
Occasionally, shipping timelines are affected by factors we cannot control, including weather events, carrier delays, and high-volume shipping periods such as major holidays.
If your tracking has not updated in 5 or more business days, or your estimated delivery window has passed, email us at support@tilwbq.com with your order number. We will contact the carrier and follow up with you.
