We are an online retailer of USB-powered desk fans and portable cooling products for everyday use. We source products from trusted suppliers and sell exclusively through our website.

2. Eligibility

To use our website and place an order, you must:

3. Products and availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to update product descriptions, pricing, and specifications at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to keep product information accurate and current.

4. Pricing and payment

The final price shown at checkout is what you will be charged. If a pricing error occurs on our end, we will contact you before processing the order and give you the option to confirm or cancel.

5. Order acceptance and cancellation

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order, but does not guarantee final approval. We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following situations:

The item is out of stock at the time of processing
A pricing or listing error is identified
Fraud or unauthorized account activity is suspected

In any of these cases, we will notify you by email and issue a full refund promptly.

Customer cancellations. You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund. After that window, the order may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled. If your order has shipped, please follow our return process after delivery. To request a cancellation, email support@tilwbq.com as soon as possible.

6. Shipping

We ship to the contiguous United States (48 states) only.

We do not ship to:

Alaska or Hawaii
U.S. territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands
APO or FPO military addresses
International destinations

Shipping rates:

Orders under $50: $8.00 flat rate
Orders $50 and above: free shipping, applied automatically at checkout

Orders typically arrive within 6 to 10 business days from the date of purchase, including 1 to 3 business days for processing and 5 to 7 business days in transit. For full details, see our Shipping Policy.

7. Returns and refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Return conditions:

Item must be unused and in original condition
All original packaging must be included
Item must be returned in the same condition as received

Return shipping:

Defective, damaged, or wrong item: we cover the full return shipping cost
Personal reasons (changed mind, no longer needed): return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and the original shipping fee is not refunded

Refunds:

Refunds are issued within 3 to 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item, to your original PayPal account. We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
