Returns & Refunds

If something is not right with your order, we want to fix it. This page explains exactly how our return and refund process works, what is covered, what is not, and what to expect at each step.


Return window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date shown in your tracking confirmation.


What can be returned

We accept returns in two situations.

Defective or damaged items. If the item arrived broken, stopped working under normal use, or we sent the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping and issue a full refund including original shipping.

Change of mind or wrong fit. If you ordered the wrong fan, changed your mind, or the item is not the right fit for your situation, you can still return it within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original condition. Original packaging is preferred but not required if the item is undamaged. You are responsible for return shipping cost in this case. The original shipping charge is not refunded.


Items that cannot be returned

  • Items damaged by misuse, improper power input, or physical damage caused after delivery
  • Items missing key components such as the fan blade, base, or cable
  • Items returned without prior authorization from us
  • Items returned after 30 days from the delivery date

How to start a return

Do not ship anything back before contacting us. Email us first at support@tilwbq.com with the following:

  • Your name and order number
  • The reason you want to return the item
  • Photos or video if the item is damaged or defective

We will review your request and reply with return instructions and the return shipping address within one business day. Once you receive our instructions, ship the item back within 10 business days.


Who pays for return shipping

We cover return shipping when:

  • The item is defective or stopped working under normal use
  • The item arrived damaged
  • We sent the wrong item

In these cases, we will reimburse your return shipping cost with a valid receipt and refund the full order amount including original shipping.

You cover return shipping when:

  • You changed your mind
  • You no longer need the item
  • The item is not the right fit for your situation

In these cases, the original shipping fee is not refunded. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for return packages lost without proof of delivery.


Refund processing time

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email within one business day.

  • If the return is approved: a refund will be issued within 3 to 5 business days to your original payment method.
  • If the return is not approved: we will explain the reason by email.

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds to your account after we issue the refund. This is outside our control and typically takes 2 to 5 additional business days depending on your bank.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, return the original item and place a new order. This is generally the fastest way to get what you need.


Order cancellations

You can cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it for a full refund. Email us at support@tilwbq.com as soon as possible with your order number.

After 12 hours, if the order has already been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it. If your order has shipped, wait for delivery and then follow the return process above.


Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the problem
  • Photos or video showing the issue

We will offer either a free replacement or a full refund including all shipping costs. We will not ask you to pay to return a product that arrived broken or wrong.


Pricing and fees

There are no restocking fees, hidden fees, or required subscriptions. The price shown at checkout is the final price. Return eligibility and shipping responsibility are outlined above. No additional charges apply beyond what is stated here.
